Utah: Part 1

Part one of the Utah pictures....
While Bryn and I were in Utah we got to visit Josh's parents a few times. After Josh and his siblings left the home, his parents moved to Spanish Fork and it is the PERFECT place for grandkids to visit. Bryn loved "the farm" and I wish we could have spent even more time there.
Bryn played in the gravel while Grandpa Hawkins kept an eye on the kangaroo (See below. So strange.)
Bryn spent quality time with Tag the cat.
I LOVE visiting Josh's parents because the homes are spread out, it's a beautiful landscape, and it's just quiet and relaxing. My mom-in-law always has amazing homemade bread and other delicious food, and there are tons of animals for the grandkids to enjoy. The strangest animal of all is the KANGAROO that has been living in the yard of my in-laws for the last week. What!? So crazy. It is too fast for Animal Control to catch, so it's just been hanging out. This isn't a great picture of it, but we loved watching it lay around in the alfalfa field. Bryn LOVES Grandpa and Grandma Hawkins, and so do I. I wish we saw them more often, but it was a treat to be with them this past week!

That kangaroo is crazy. I would never guess you'd find one in a field in Spanish Fork, Utah! What a fun trip for you and Bryn.
