On November 21st my brother Jordan got married in beautiful, sunny San Diego. Since it was just a quick 48-hour trip I flew to California on my own while Josh watched the kids at home. It was such a great trip and such a wonderful day for Jordan and Lindsey.

It was so fun to spend a weekend with these four awesome siblings of mine! Since none of us brought our children we had so much fun just hanging out together and enjoying each other's company, without the distraction of taking care of little ones. It was such a good time.

I'm so happy to welcome Lindsey into the Clarke family sisterhood :)
After the wedding and the luncheon we drove to La Jolla beach which was just a few minutes from our hotel. This was was my first trip back to California since we moved from Huntington Beach, CA three years ago. It was good to be back!
(On a side note, I wish I would have had time to get together with all my dear friends who are still in California, but it was such a short trip! I'll have to find another excuse to make it back to California.)
Logan is now the only single Clarke sibling!
Man, it was so great to spend time with my beautiful mom. She is the best of the best.
After the beach we drove up to Lindsey's hometown of Temecula for the reception.
It was a beautiful reception. Most of the venue was outdoor, but there was a nice covered area as well. Lindsey and her mom had so many fun details: a s'mores station by the fire, a hot cocoa bar, candy table, pretty centerpieces and personal touches all throughout.
The highlight of the night was the dance party! My siblings and I love a good dance party and we had such a fun time getting silly on the dance floor. Again, it was kind of nice not to worry about kids and just have fun all night :) My mom took so many funny videos of us dancing, but I'll just share a few blurry pictures since I have trouble loading videos on the blog.

I love you, Jord and Linds! I'm so excited for the wonderful things ahead of you! What a treat it was to celebrate your wedding with you.
