Painting

Yesterday Bryn painted off and on for hours at her desk, while I painted off and on for hours at the kitchen table next to her. I was in heaven. And so was Bryn, until she decided "Bryn just only paint Mom's paper!" and then the party was over.
I painted a little 9"x11" watercolor of the Newport Beach Temple. I normally don't take pictures of the process, but it's kind of fun to see the progress.
I hope Bryn and I have many more painting days ahead!

I am so envious of your painting skills- seriously so jealous. Your temple painting is beautiful. I wish I could figure out how to paint something that awesome some day. I'm sO glad you posted pics of the process. Very interesting to me

So this is very random, but I was looking for a BOM reading chart today and came across one that I thought would be cute for YW! And then I thought of you! I don't even know what you do in YW, but here is the link!

Hi! I know this is random but I found your link through Google while looking for Newport Beach paintings, do you do custom orders? My email is laurenkozak@me.com. Thanks!

I am an artist and I ALWAYS get asked to paint pictures of the Newport Beach temple. I think this temple is really hard to paint and make aesthetically pleasing and I think your version is the best I have seen. Good job!
